“I posted a previous review about the stands, they are quite nice and work well, but I had one delivered with the box totally destroyed. Displays2go did respond, they acknowledged the problem and made a full refund on the damaged stand as well as the shipping! I guess that is about as good as one could expect from any company so I gave them 5 stars.”

“Shipping was quicker than expected. Items were as described on web. One thing I noticed in the reviews before purchase was a comment that stickers were on the plastic face that could not be removed without damaging the face. If the directions are read it states to remove the thin protective covering that the stickers are stuck to, when that is done everything looks fine. That review must have been a duhhh moment.”

“The product is great for our purpose. We use the holders in a school, so we needed something that would not easily break and was cost effective. They were shipped and delivered promptly. This is our second purchase from Displays2go and it will not be the last.”

“Gorgeous product that is well put together. The customer service is beyond amazing. My item was damaged during transit and they replaced the entire display case with no fuse. I highly recommend this company. We love our display. It is so beautiful.”

“I purchased a snap frame in which I wanted to frame a 30"X 40" puzzle. I wasn't sure if it would work since everything I read about it was for poster prints. I asked my question of the customer services folks who told me that they thought it would work. I purchased the frame at a very reasonable rate and it works great. Thanks for the help and the great product.”

“It took several conversations with the customer and your staff to figure out what we needed to do, but with your advice we finally got it narrowed down to something that would work best for what the customer wanted. The finished table cover looks great, and the production time was just as promised. I am still waiting on the second part of the order (retractable banners), but I am sure it takes a little more time. Thank you for your help.”

“Recently, my terminally ill mother saw my Air Force medal and ribbons in a social media post. I've never been one to show off, so for nearly two decades they have been shoved away in a box. My mom told me it was important to be proud of the things I've done in life, not so much to show off but just be reminded of where I've been and what I've done. She told me I should get a display for them as a birthday present from her to me. I assured her if I found a display I liked I would get it. Some time later I found myself looking online and came across one on your site. I sent her the image of it and she told me to get it. So, I did. When I received the package, I was disappointed. From the look of the box, I could tell it had been handled very roughly. I shifted the box and I could feel multiple pieces shifting inside. I carefully unboxed and removed the pieces and tried to assess things to see if I could repair it. I didn't see any way of making it look like it should. I pulled up the information for the order and called in. The representative I spoke with was courteous and helpful. Within a few minutes she assured me a replacement was being sent. She even added that she requested extra padding to ensure the displays protection. Today, I received the new display and it is immaculate. I would like to thank you for standing behind your product even if the fault wasn't on your end. I would definitely do business with you all again.Thanks!”

“I LOVE my new "waste transfer station"! I live in an NYC apt, with a small kitchen that doubles as the entryway--- so need to pack a lot of usability into something that also looks nice. I switched the function of each container: Use the large/upper one for plastic/glass/metal, because I need more room for that... paper recycling is in one of the small/lower buckets... the other small/lower bucket is for garbage. My apt building requires that I put bagged garbage down a small garbage chute; the small/lower bucket is the perfect size for a used plastic grocery bag, that fits down the chute.... The little "food-waste" container fits perfectly in my fridge door, and prevents it from smelling, or attracting flies/roaches. I'm a one-person household; with this system, I'm able to deal with garbage only once a week! It is well made: little wheels on the lower part make it slide in and out easily; the food-waste container seals nicely.... really, everything about this seems solid! Delivery was fast, and it was well packaged: The box was damaged, a little, several places, but item was pristine!”

“Although I was told they were temporarily out of stock, they arrived very quckly. We have them installed in outside locations where they are readily visible for visitors to pick up in off hours and days when we are closed. They look great!”

“I was not sure what to expect; hiwever, this was delivered quickly, very competitively priced and the windows were easy to set up and very sturdy. The only issue was a cracked edge on one of the windows. I kept it since we placed this window where the crack is hidden behind a wall.”
