“Really great quality product. Beautiful. Exactly what we wanted and more. I wish they would've informed us before delivery that the driver could not bring the item upstairs. We would've made arrangements beforehand. The only negative. Driver was super friendly.”

“First off we are very happy with the display cabinets, your customer service was fine, and I give you 5 stars but do have some feedback. First - Your shipment was so prompt that we had to scramble to receive it off an 18 wheeler. Not your fault at all, but we live way out in the country on a long dirt road the truck could not come up, so a little more heads up on that would have helped. Thx to a neighbors tractor and pallet forks, and a cousins vehicle trailer, we did just fine getting it the half mile up the road to our house... Second - the cabinets are far from dust resistant. The two smaller cabinets had wide gaps around the doors and the large cabinet had wide gaps all around the glass edges and doors. On a side note we needed some extra parts (four corner screws) which were missing from the top of the two small cabinets. Your customer service rep was great and shipped those promptly but while I had him on the phone I asked about dust proofing and he had no clue or recommendations. You must come across this question frequently? Anyhow we figured out a very effective solution using two different sizes of brush weather stripping (5mm and 9mm) and 3/4" wide clear plastic film tape to seal all visible gaps. Third and last comment - We are displaying rock and mineral samples which require lots of light! The lighting sets in the big display case are installed vertically in the back corners. With the cabinet facing out as per your design (doors facing the wall) display items are back lit, not front lit...this seems strange to me. So we turned our cabinet around (doors in the front) so display items are front lit. One additional vertical light set in the middle of the cabinet would also help to illuminate the entire large shelf areas as the stock lighting sets are a bit weak to cover everything well. We might install additional light. Thanks and hope you can use the feedback.”

“I recently ordered a large display bulliten board for my Country Club. The board weighed 100 pounds and had to be shipped freight. I was concerned the shipment would take a long time to be delivered but wase suprised when the shipment arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the board was damaged during shipment, but after contacting DISPLAYS2GO I had a relacement board within a few days. I am very impressed with the customer service I received and would not hesitate to use DISPLAYS2GO in the future.”

“I had just received the two items I had purchased a week ago. They were what I expected and I placed them at two locations for my fund raising. If they work out, which I expect they will ,I'll be ordering more to be placed at other businesses that allow me to solicit for my 501C. It is a quality item and well made.”
