“Solid Display Company First time working with the company. I have to say from the ordering, delivery and support, rock sold all the way. Product ships out quickly, track orders, all flawless. Had an issue with one of the display stands as the case zipper broke and the table stand did not align up properly. They took the call, investigated the issue, called back and decided we are sending out a complete new unit to replace the issues you are seeing. They assembled the product in the warehouse before shipping to make sure it was good. Nobody does this. Order with confidence. If there is any issue, they will correct.”

“I have never seen a company that could beat the service that I received from Displays 2go. I ordered 4 display cases for a flag, metals, and picture frame. Even though the boxes had handle with care on them, they were delivered with a hole and dented in boxes. Two of the boxes had broken parts of picture frames, and scratches and two were not damaged. I called customer service and talked to a very nice lady and she asked me if I could send a picture of the boxes and the damaged parts. I told her I didn't know how to do that but the cases were really heavy so could I just sent in the broken parts. She said that was not necessary as they just wanted pictures to go in the file. She said she would talk to other team members and get back with me. I just expected her to tell me that 2 picture frames were on the way. I couldn't believe what I was hearing because she told me they were sending out 3 new display cases at no charge. I could keep the other ones or give them to charity. Never have I ever head of a company going way beyond what I had needed. I have received the 3 and they are in perfect condition. Displays2go should have 10 stars.”

“Awesome service, great product for the price. We are a non-profit so finding these frames at such a reasonable price helps the budget a lot.The quality is great. Love that is allows for 2 different sizes and that it is actually glass and not plastic covering it. Having the option for our certificate winners to be able to hang on a wall, or use the easel is a bonus. This is my 3rd year purchasing these frames and it won't be the last.”

“The order process was easy, quick, painless, and the six items we purchased were actually cheaper than previously quoted. The sign boards arrived in 3 to 4 days with no damage what so ever. We installed all six boards and they are currently in service!”

“Many, many places make the same products that Displays2Go makes, but nobody does it better. I searched for hours trying to find the best deal. That doesn?t always mean the lowest price. Quality of their work, communication and customer service all play a role in ?best value?. The table cover I bought was easy to design in their website, they emailed me every step of the process and delivered my finished product on time and perfectly done. And, for about $100, I wasn?t complaining. They were honest in their production time and that was very important to me as I was on a deadline for a trade show. Displays2Go delivered on time and was a great company to work with. They are now my go-to supplier of anything I need. Thank you, Displays2Go! You?ve earned a very loyal customer.”

“I received the rack timely and in good condition. It's very handsome and will be used to hold veils for my business. It was easy to put together and looks great on the floor. I suppose the only negative is the feet aren't flush which creates a slight wobble - but I will glue some felt on the bottom to fix it. It was better than my expectations. I recommend.”
