“Shortly before my ordered item purchased via DivideBuy was delivered; I received an email saying "your payment was unsuccessful". I could not find a clear way of contacting DivideBuy to raise a query. I then realised that DivideBuy withdrew the first instalment from my account. So this left me feeling confused and vulnerable. So I had to cancel the order just before it was delivered and ordered the item elsewhere another payment method. Right now,I have a huge box with the returning item in it taking up space in my hallway while it waits for an unreasonable amount of time to be collected. I will never use DivideBuy again”

“had a problem with their website - which seemed overly sensitive to browsers with any level of 'ad blocking' , both on desktop PC and Android smart phone, - preventing multiple attempts to log in and procede with Octopus Energy transcation. :(”

“The items I purchased are beautiful I only went to the shop to have a look ser what they have nit to buy anything. I was approached by a lady that was so helpful she convinced me and I end up buying a room set.”

“My application got accepted, then a day later they declined it. I have a score of 999 on Experian which is highest possible. They said they only did a soft search but it’s gone on my credit score as a hard search. And it’s affected my credit! Not happy with this service at all”
