Absolutely shocking! Waiting on a refund since 18th May! Automated emails is all I'm getting. I'm seeking legal advice. AVOID!!

The sizes are not inclusive at all. Also I returned my parcel on 1st May and they received on the 6th May (now 6th June) and no refund at all! Contacted customer support but we’re not helpful!

Shocking service!!!!!!! Do not buy. Its been over 10 days for a refund ive messaged them on facebook and emailed and heard nothing back. I know othets have waiting a long time but this is absolutely shocking go for high street shops instead of sites like these. Appalling service and a rip off!!!! How their still able to trade is disgusting, please do not shop with them they will keep your money and not give you a refund!

Iv been emailing from december about my parcel that I have paid for and not revived. Dlsb has just no responded and kept my money!!!

Return sent in the post on the 10th January, received by DLSB on the 11th January. It’s now the 24th January and I have received NOTHING. I will never shop with this company again, AWFUL returns service.

Returns are impossible. The actual dresses I ordered were quite nice, but I returned them in September, they received the items in October and I was still chasing the refund in December. In the end I had to go through my bank to get a refund as DLSB were non-responsive or completely unhelpful. Funnily enough, a day after my bank refunded me on their behalf they contacted me and offered a refund but stated I had to reverse the bank transfer. I refused as it took me 3 months to see that money! I will never buy anything from them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ITEMS. COME BACK WITH A SARCASTIC EMAIL. TERRIBLE COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY AND NOW WONT REFUND

I wish I’d read all these reviews (& ones on trust pilot too) before purchasing. If I could rate DLSB less than 1 I would! All I’m asking for is a part refund on an order - not a big deal. Mine hasn’t been going on as long as some I’ve read, but they received my prepaid tracked parcel back on 2nd November. I’ve emailed twice since with no response. I’ve also facebook messaged, to get an automated response saying due to the volume they’re not accepting messages via Facebook. I absolutely do not recommend this company….What would you call a person who would take money off you & not return it?! Well, this company is in the same category. Give us our money back DLSB - you take it from us quick enough. Oh and DSLB, if you’re going to respond to this in your unthoughtful, tedious, repetitive & generic way, “apologising about it being a busy time” and “that we should get a refund within 21 days”… please don’t bother. Spend less time putting rubbish memes on your Facebook page for likes & spend the time responding to customers & refunding us.

I haven’t received my refund, the dress was appalling quality, they have not replied to my last few emails, they owe my £40, I would never buy from these people again

Takes to long for a refund! I had an email over 3 weeks ago stating they had received my returns and haven't heard anything more. I have emailed them and messaged via social media and no response Won't be ordering from here again

I received a faulty dress and at first even though they were slow at responding they were helpful. The returns link they sent me didn’t work and I’ve emailed them 3 times to ask for a new one and there has been no reply. It’s been 2 months now of me emailing them and still no reply

purchased 5 dresses in August for a wedding. When they arrived, you could tell they were made of cheap material and of average quality. I returned 4 dresses in early september and was then informed at the end of september that they would only be refunding me for 3 dresses. Took 2 days for them to reply and asked me for proof of purchase, luckily I still had it and they refunded the 4th dress without as much as an apology. Looking at other reviews on here, it seems that its a pattern for DLSB to take an item off the refund. The clothes look cute on the website, but I personally will never be using or recommending this company in future. absolutely shocking. Also to note, the 1 dress I kept started fraying after wearing it for approx 6 hours and washing it once.

I sent a return back to DLSB over 3 weeks ago. They received my return on 06/08/2022 and no refund as yet. Payments still been taken out of my clear pay account. I have had one email saying it’s been delayed but will be processed as soon as they can and still nothing. I love the clothes but I will not shop again with them. Still waiting!!!!
