I returned items 45 WORKING DAYS and I am being completely ignored on Facebook, Instagram and email! Absolutely shocking customer service! I see nothing but bad reviews for this company

Still waiting on a refund from 2 months ago. Whenever I email i just get the same reply so I'm guessing it's automated. Something about them having a back log of returns. And no wonder as their quality and sizing are questionable. Won't ever order again!

Finally got a refund for a skirt I returned,and they received on the 3rd September. I have sent so many emails, some getting no response. I've messaged on Facebook, Instagram and finally yesterday I found the owner on Facebook and messaged her...Shellie Cutting. I dont think it's any coincidence they have now issued my refund. Keep going everyone, don't let them steal your money. They need to be shut down!!

Returned my hood in July still no refund or reply to emails. Sent all proof of postage and emails saying delivered to them but nothing. Will never order again! Auto generated email every time

Terrible customer service, clearly unaware of UK sale of good law and make up their own rules. “You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back.” Avoid this company like the plague if you expect any degree of customer care.

Since receiving an email of confirmation they have received my return, I still have no refund and it's currently 32 WORKING DAYS since then. I have emailed no reply, disgusting..... Will Not be ordering with them ever again and I will chase my money.

Returned items within timeframe. Received notification to state it had been returned. I am now on day 52. I have just called Citizens Advice 0808 223 1133. You are covered by legislation if you return within 14 days. After 14 day, you have to follow an internal complaints procedure. Due to the situation, i have requested Citizen’s Advice notify Trading Standards.

Returned my items in September, I have sent numerous emails with responses like we are extremely busy and that the team are working hard and I am now in a que. Terrible customer service will not buy from this company again.

Absolutely horrendous returns policy I have been waiting 8weeks for a refund and still nothing I would never ever order from them again!! Sick to death of receiving automated replies if I could give a zero star rating I would!!

Do not order from this company, I returned my full order, they received it on the 10th of September, I'm still waiting for my refund. The customer service is appalling. The products were of very poor quality.

They won’t refund you. It seems that everyone that sent a return didn’t get a refund so please don’t order from them as you will be left without money out of your pocket.

Received an email saying my return was back in the warehouse 26th August!!!! Still not processed and no refund made. Numerous emails to them and no response! Terrible customer service.

I ordered 3 dresses in August they were not suitable I sent them no with in a few days the amount came 2 £104 on Sent numerous emails all u get is an automated message saying there sorting out refunds (Defentily not mine ) I'm at my site and I'm reporting it 2 morrow 2 PayPal an my bank please do not buy of this company trust Shein we l c w at PayPal an my bank can do about it 😠
