My daughter placed an order which she is still waiting,they are now saying September??? Why sell something you don’t actually have ?. She has asked for a refund and is still waiting for a response

I have returned my dress and still haven’t received a refund which is well over. I email them too and still no response. Not happy at all and I won’t be buying anything again

IS THIS COMPANY A SCAM?! I made an order of £140 and paid the additional £9.99 for annual next day delivery. This was ten days ago and I am yet to receive my items and I have contacted the email address (once as advised?). I have also tried contacting this company through Instagram; they have removed messaging facilities. After reading all of the poor reviews, I am now concerned and in the process of opening a Section 75. I would urge anyone not to order from this company; especially m after reading such consistent poor reviews!

Bad customer service, bad quality of product. My dress ripped at no fault of my own during the first time I wore it - DLSB were not helpful and said because I had worn it i cant get a refund. The consumer rights act literally says that a product should have the correct durability, I dont know about you but I dont wear my items once and put them in the bin - i expect to wear them multiple times. 15% discount does not cover the cost of the repair either. All the seams need to be re-stitched over to ensure it doesnt happen again. i didn't realise I was buying a stitch yourself material.

Bought 2 dresses from DLSB ,not true to size UK very big , poor quality material , costumer service not replying,no phone number to contact them only online ,I have send back by Royal mail tracking number,still not reply,glad paid with Klarna hope get money back . Avoid this site AVOID!!

Received a dress with a few holes, no contact number only a email. needed the dress for a special occasion. Am still waiting on customer service to get back to me

Do not buy a single item from this company!! I ordered a dress for a wedding, had my eye on it for a couple of weeks. When it arrived as soon as I took it out the bag it smelt really funny, tried it on and noticed a hole in the belt. I read the returns policy, which states if you have a faulty item please send us a picture before returning it, which I did, only to be emailed stating they would offer me 30% refund or an exchange, I replied asking for a full refund, which again was fobbed off by saying it would be down to the returns team discretion!! This company is not professional at all! I have since received an email stating they have received my return, but are still charging me £5.20 for the return! I wish I had read the reviews beforehand!

Poorly made, cheap clothes and then terrible service when wanting to return. They have you over a barrel and will do anything to keep your money! Avoid at all costs, shop somewhere reputable.

Really poor returns service. Sent parcel tracked returns using DLSB returns service. They have received the item, yet still waiting for my returns. I have contacted them twice but not heard anything. It's a shame really as I've seen other items I would like to order but I will not be shopping with this company again, especially after reading the reviews as every complaint is returns related.

Ordered 2 dresses and they looked nothing like the photos , sleeves so puffy I looked ridiculous! Sent back at my own expense 2 weeks ago and no refund , contacted their customer service to be told I would have to wait until it had been processed through their system . So it takes 2 weeks for a refund to even be processed before it gets to you ?!? I won't order from them again as the refund process puts me off . They need to sort their system out .

Absolutely awful!!! Ordered a beautiful green timeless maxi dress for a wedding. Arrived was beautiful, tried it on and realised the strap on the back was ripped and the material of the dress on front had all started to fray! I had taken the tags off and because was so short time to the wedding I got it fixed at the back. Packed it up for the wedding. Took it out of my case night before the wedding and it had all ripped and again the fray on front had gotten worse. Too short notice to get anything else I had no option but to wear it. Was awful. Contacted customer service to be told I am not allowed a refund. After words exchanged for a few emails the best they could do was offer me a 30% refund. I attached pictures of the faulty item I received and they completely denied it. Customer service person named 'TRIXIE' was so unhelpful, kept avoiding questions I had asked and statements just continuing to say sorry we cannot refund. I didnt expect a full refund because I had no option but to wear it but I asked for a partial refund of 50% to still be told no. Absolutely disgraceful and terrible customer service. Will never again order from this website as they don't care about their customers at all. They decided to offer me 15 pound refund (which doesn't even cover half of the price I paid) and be emailed to say that they have resolved my issue and will no longer be responding to my emails. Utterly disgusting. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

Don't buy anything from this company. The clothing is awful. Looks nothing like the website. I am still waiting on a refund for £140. All emails have been ignored. My bank is contacting the fraud team to investigate as apparently other people have made similar complaints. DLSB are scammers.

Please avoid this company. They are scammers. They sent me two dresses. Both of which were soiled. I have been waiting for a refund for 2 months now. All correspondence has been ignored. According to the reviews, this company are in the habit of stealing money from customers.

Totally dissatisfied with my experience. I ordered my best friend’s birthday present (x2 jumpsuits) and a third jumpsuit for myself to go out in on her birthday. Due to COVID 19 and personal issues before this I have not been on a night out in over two years and the day should have been pretty special as we were going to Birmingham and to several new bars to celebrate her birthday as well as our first time out in so long. I ordered the items well over a week before we were due to go out and I had an e-mail from Royal Mail to say it had been delivered. No delivery was ever received or even attempted. I live above a pub and the landlord had been outside with his partner the whole morning with the dog tending the plants and watering due to the extreme heatwave we were experiencing. He took a delivery at 11am and another at 11:33am and this one was recorded as arriving at 11:16am. During the time in between the deliveries there wasn’t any time period when somebody wasn’t outside the pub and would have definitely seen the postman. (11am delivery was also ironically from Royal Mail). I waited until a full week had passed and tried to contact DLSB – no contact number you have to e-mail. So I e-mailed. And I waited 24 hours. And I e-mailed again. And I waited another 24 hours and e-mailed again. Eventually I received a response confirming that I did receive the package as Royal Mail showed successful delivery at 11:16am. Well clearly I didn’t or I wouldn’t be e-mailing. I responded to say I’d checked with the neighbours etc and could it be investigated with Royal Mail and haven’t heard anything since other than an e-mail asking how happy / satisfied I am with their customer service (this was in response to one of my emails that they had not even responded to!!!) to say that their customer service is abysmal is an understatement. I will not be ordering from them again and I will also be making sure that all of my friends and the customers at the pub know about their shocking service so that they do not waste their money either.

WARNING LADIES . I would not order from this site. Despite the nice clothes they don’t send packages out securely. The customer service is appalling and it’s taken over a month to get some answers. Result - I’m over £60 out of pocket they haven’t offered me any sort of compensation not even vouchers. I’m just so thankful I didn’t order more. I’d be extremely careful I definitely wouldn’t order in large amounts.

I ordered a pair of the leather look gladiator sandals, and was so happy when they arrived...however after having them less than 2 weeks (and only wearing them 3 times) they have both completely split in half across the soles. Upon contacting DLSB and providing photo evidence of how bad they were I was advised they were aware of a 'manufacturing fault' on this style of sandal (along with other styles), yet only offered me 40% refund. The only way I could obtain a full refund was to return the faulty item, but I had already gotten rid of the box and packaging after the first wear, and have no postage label. I also do not have time to try and source alternative packaging and get to a post office. I also requested a replacement pair of shoes to be sent as an alternative to a refund, but this too was declined. I am unsure why I should be inconvenienced even further when they are well aware they have sent me faulty shoes in the first place. The quality of the product is appauling, and their lack of assistance to rectify their error is very bad service. I have since saw several comments on their social media saying they too have had shoes that have split in half accross the sole (yet these comments seem to disappear). Be cautious when purchasing as the quality of the products may cost you more in the long run!
