Their clothes were poor quality and look nothing like the picture and they do not process refunds and their communication is terrible. They ignore/fob off. They delete any negative feedback they can.

“My return was received in their depot on 31st July. It took until 6th Sept to refund it. You can't get an answer to anything about returns it's all automated and not helpful. I had purchased through Klarna and as DLSB wouldn't acknowledge my return due to how slow they are, I still had to pay for the dress while it was sitting in their depot "waiting to be checked" before it was finally refunded. It has put me off ordering from them again. It's too expensive to have your money tied up that long.”
