“I was pleasantly surprised with the bath towels! Gorgeous colours, durable and soft to touch. Kids love them too, as we all know which towel belongs to who! I have 6 year old twins and they also love the beach towels.”

“Speedy delivery and a great range of styles, prints and products however I have recently discovered I don’t like the feeling of micro fibre fabric, hence the four stars. I returned most of my order (kept one item) and customer service were very helpful. Free returns would also have helped.”

“I love Dock and Bay products. The quality of their towels, hair wraps and ponchos is fabulous. They dry so quickly and stay fresh much longer than regular towels. Delivery is swift too. The only negative was the parcel looked a bit uninviting... It was a large block of grey plastic and packing tape. Please look to reduce this. It doesn't really stack up with the company as a whole. I don't remember my previous orders being packaged this way so I am hoping that this is just a supply hiccup.”

“We have the hair wraps and quick dry towels. The hair wraps create a lovely turban for long hair and help dry it out of the way to save blow drying it. Very popular in this household! The towels are useful for swimming galas. Out of sale, I think the items are quite pricey though. Very pleased with the product though.”

“Love the poncho. Wish I bought the large. Great for keeping my dignity whilst tracking between the pool and spa at the sports Center as you have to go past the entrance to get from one to the other (everyone in the foyer looking at you) The embroidery I paid for was a bit wonky hence the 4 stars.”

“My husband is looking forward to wearing his poncho when we next go camping. Perfect for going to and from the shower block! I’m using the hair wrap for my hair at night when I have a treatment on and it really does wonders and so comfy to wear too! I deducted a star because the material is nice but not very absorbent”
