“ordered, chased order and told personalised product takes longer (understand that) chased again, no reply 15 days later still no product or any update as to when i might receive it…very poor customer service”

“These towels are great! Love that they dry quickly and sand doesn’t get caught in them! The colors are so great and exactly as pictures. Very pleased with this purchase. Dock and bay seems to be a great company! Got 2 day delivery as I waited until the last minute (my fault!) and they arrived right on time in nice packaging.”

Hey Linda, thank you for your feedback- We don't offer free delivery, I'm afraid. We're a small business and we care massively about being sustainable. Free delivery has a huge impact on the environment and carbon footprint. Customers pay for delivery and if we have made an error (e.g. if we sent you the wrong product for example), then we bear the cost of the redelivery 😊 Additionally, we do offer free standard delivery once you’ve placed an order over £50.00 🙌 I hope this helps to explain, and if you have any further questions, please email help@dockandbay.com

“Super Qualität und weich. Das Handtuch ist überhaupt nicht so ungemütlich wie andere dieser Art und auch die Farben und Form bleiben nach den Waschgängen (inkl. Trockner) noch erhalten. Besonders angenehm finde ich, wie platzsparend das Handtuch im Koffer ist! Würde mir auf jeden Fall wieder ein Handtuch hier kaufen”

“I’ve added ponchos to the Dock and Bay towels I have had for a few years. Towels are good as new and the ponchos are lovely bright additions that will make changing at the beach a breeze! Love Dock and Bay products.”
