“I sent my order in, received a tracking # along with my proof of purchase. On that receipt it said I should receive it with 6-8 days. After checking the T# multiple times it never changed, I emailed Dock & Bay and they responded right away and told me it was to arrive in a day or so. I received the towels within 2 days of them responding to my email. It was nice that I I was responded to within 24 hours and that they had the correct information.”

“Love the pattern and material, the face wipes are perfect size and feel lovely on the face. The gift box was a perfect gift. The postage was super quick, I ended up buying another one for my mum for mother's day.”

“I really like your products which I've purchased for gifts over the years; however, I never knew you started selling your products through Amazon till just recently. After placing this order my daughter said something. I could have received my last order faster (without paying a $15 expedited shipping fee on your site) & for less money. I would GREATLY appreciate a refund.”
