“Ordered 4 towels and never received it. The delivery was supposed to happen in 1-2 business days. I got a message straight away no one was home. Of course I was home and I have camera but the operator confirmed the driver couldn’t find the address and did not attempt to deliver. Probably too many parcels not enough people to work. Since then I am still waiting for my refund. Dock & Bay disgusting I am certain I am not the first or last customer complaining !”

“We love our towels. Great for holidays and our can trips. We all have a towel, a poncho and a hair wrap! (yes we may be a little obsessed!!) This time I've ordered the beach bag and of course needed a matching towel 😊 100% recommend. Especially to those who aren't a big fan of sand, like me, as the sand doesn't stick!!”
