“I had an issue where a storage pouch for a blanket was not included in the order. Upon contacting Dock & Bay, they jumped on the order & sent a complete new blanket right away. I was completely surprised a total new kit was sent. Thank you & Kudos to Dock & Bay”

“I purchased the reusable face cloths and the hair towels (3 of each) as gifts. I was satisfied with the quality and price for the actual items, but I was disappointed that every single one of the boxes were dirty and scuffed up, looking like they had been inexplicably kicked around in storage or shipping.”

“We have a few dock and Bay towels already and were looking to replace our pool and beach guest towels. Really enjoying the pool towels we got, but unfortunately our favorite sand towels were not quite the color we expected from the website photos and we returned them. Dock and Bay was good about understanding the issue and even helped with a return label. Unfortunately the sale i bought the towels on was not reapplied to the rest of my purchase, but i did receive a refund on the items i sent back. Hoping they bring back or add in the brighter color we were hoping for and we are happy to purchase more at that time.”

“I bought 2 XL beach towels for my 10 day break and it was the best purchase I made. The cost outweighed the value as we spent a lot of time by the pool and beach so they dried quickly and kept the sand off. They’re also so colourful and light which is important when travelling too and from the beach! Just washed them and they’ve come up as new so would highly recommend.”

“Amazing products. I’ve got 3 beach towels, a kids poncho and loads of tea towels. I’m so happy with them all and will buy more. The beach towels are so compact and take up barely any room in the suitcase! Means I can pack more clothes!”
