“I ordered a dress for my father's funeral and was worried it wouldn't arrive in time. Maria sorted out a replacement to be sent urgently, and it arrived on the next day, on the morning of the funeral. Feeling like things wouldn't be as I had envisioned had made the day feel even more stressful, and she took that uncertainty away. I was so incredibly grateful and have extolled the virtues of D&D to all my friends as the customer service was so amazing. Can I please give a HUGE thank you to Maria.”
