“I ordered the fluffy black underskirt . It came a little ruffled bur once I hung it up it it was fine. I was worried it would be itchy and stiff but neither it was soft. I am 510 and wish it was an inch lo'nger to see the frill a little more. Really pleased /”

“I cannot praise the customer service highly enough! Royal Mail lost my order but when I emailed, Maria in the sales team got a new order sent out to me within 2 hours. The dresses are stretchy and flattering and feel very good quality. I’m getting lots of compliments!”

“Bought this beautiful dress in a size 16 a few months ago, in the hope of losing a little weight before my upcoming wedding. Unfortunately I was too optimistic and needed an 18. I emailed to exchange the dress and recieved a lovely, prompt reply saying this was not a problem & sending best wishes for the day. Customer service is second to none & I have recommended Dolly & Dotty to everyone!”
