“The zip was broken when the dress arrived. I contacted customer service who initially offered 30% refund so I could have it fixed. I explained there was nothing local for me to get this done and as the dress was for my wedding I would rather not so this. Customer service arranged for a replacement dress to be sent, which arrived very quickly and I returned the broken one. I have never had an issue with dolly and dotty zips before.”

“The dresses are amazing and fit lovely. I ordered two for the same size. Unfortunately one was too big so I returned it and ordered it in smaller size. The service was excellent. Received new one within couple of days. Have recommended Dolly and Dotty to couple of friends who are also very happy with service and quality.”

“Easy to order, delivery was quick too! Well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Looked really good but most importantly it looked and fitted wonderfully when on. Good length, not to tight with the cut. As shown in the picture online. Really impressed. Plus the sale prices were amazing value. Will be buying again for certain”

“I took a risk and ordered next day delivery as I wanted something for New Year’s Eve, and was struggling in mainstream shops. I opted for the yellow shirt dress and white underskirt, as it was in the sale. I love vintage dresses and have never bought one before so was really pleased with this. The quality and cut of material is really good, and makes a lovely fit. I will be getting another dress from here in the summer for sure.”
