“Beyond excellent. Service, second to none. Bought my Smeg range cooker and hood by email. James dealth with me. Sooo accomodating, helpful, patient, and efficient. I took my time to decide which was not a problem for James. While waiting for my kitchen renovations to complete, he understood and kept the cooker in storage for me. Really appreciate. Best price of all other outlets. Have recommended and will deal with Donnaghy Brothers in future without hesitation. Thank you James.”

“Delivery was not as prompt as stated on the internet, doubtless because the goods came from Ireland, not UK. I was away and without a phone when first attempts at delivery were made and I couldn't reach the delivery people beforehand, so some time was wasted but the vacuum arrived in good order and I am pleased with it.”

“Ordered a steam iron on-line at a competitive price and it arrived when they said it would. Iron works fine. Box was a bit damaged, but that was probably the courier. All good.”

“The dryer is fine, good product at a good price, the purchase process was good too. The delivery was a little more troublesome as the wait for delivery was longer than I had expected and the 1-2 days notice of delivery was only 15 minutes. The delivery driver wasn't able to find the dryer on the lorry so returned the following day without notice. With no one home and to save longer delay I had it left in the drive to await my return. Not ideal but it worked out”

“Donaghy Bros provided good service, but their distribution providers fell short. They did not deliver on the day that was arranged and did not contact me to warn of a problem. As a result I lost a whole day of work waiting for the goods in vain. We rearranged the date and they promised to inform me of the time of delivery first thing in the morning. That did not happen either. Shame delivery service is so unreliable.”
