“Good prompt service. Ordered the item on a Thursday afternoon and the transport company contacted on the Saturday informing us that delivery would be made Monday. Promise kept. Very pleased.”

“I was very impressed with the Company’s ringback system which worked perfectly. I was able to discuss the product we were thinking of buying (the Dyson AM09 Hot and cold Fan Heater)in detail with Malcolm who was most helpful and I also had an insight into what this Company stood for, which gave me the confidence I needed to order from them. The price was exceptional and with free delivery, what more could a customer ask for. We now look forward to receiving our Dyson product which we would be happy to review along with a comment regarding delivery.”

“Donaghy Bros have a great range and great prices. Ordering was straight forward, delivery was as promised. Arrived in brand new sealed box and exactly as I expected. Would recommend for anybody thinking about purchasing from them.”

“First time using this retailer. Their response to all my questions over the phone before purchase,, and the deliver time was as they stated,, could not have been better. Seamus was more than helpful with my extended warranty. The delivery driver was also pleasant, and helpful. Thank you Donaghy Bros.. Good to give the local business a bit of custom at this very try time for us all.”

“My oven stopped working and as we are in the middle of the lockdown I looked online to see if I could source a new oven. I picked one and ordered last night at 7:30. I received an email later that night to confirm order and to advise that due the current situation delivery might be delayed. I was therefore delighted that the oven was delivered this morning less than 16 hours after I ordered it. A great local firm. Thank you.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. As soon as the order for the Freezer was placed I was kept up to date right up to delivery when they even walked the item round the back of my house to the kitchen. 5 star P Jones.”

“Brilliant experience with Donaghy Bros! I am a first time Mum buying our first pushchair, so had lots of questions! Richard Duff gave us a great deal of support in finding the best product, and kept us up to date via emails and phone calls when ordering the product. We found that we received a much better service from Donaghy Bros than with any other retailer. Many thanks to Richard for all his help and excellent customer service.”

“Throughout everything with Coronavirus and Lockdown - Donaghy has been answering the phone and have been helping me to sort out my internet purchased samsung fridge freezer. They have managed to get Samsung to engage and I am now waiting for a replacement to be delivered. Well done Donaghy Bros. I will definitely continue purchasing from you as your customer support has been very good.”

“Bought a pram (over the phone) for my daughter. The price was competitive and the service by Richard Duff was excellent, even taking and sending photos for clarification. The item arrived on time and we are very happy A younger man whose name I, unfortunately, did not get, would do well to shadow Mr Duff. When I spoke with him on the phone and did not catch what he had said he repeated the phrase VERY slowly, VERY loudly and on a sigh making me feel upset and embarrassed However, this aside, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.”

“Fast, efficient delivery. Updated on progress, thank you. Only issue was that it was not clear when we ordered that the delivery would be 'kerbside only' - maybe it was in the small print. The unaccompanied delivery driver helped as far as he could but had to leave the cooker outside. We struggled to get the very heavy 110cm Rangemaster in that evening and less able customers might have been left with a product in the rain. It would be great if the website could make it clear(er) that delivery is not into the property.”
