“The 'new' vacuum came with many visible defects - hard to believe the product was checked before being sent out. It has been 10 days and still no pickup to return the product, and they won't send a new one until receiving and inspecting the one I returned.”

“Ordered, received in 3 days what more can you ask for. The cooker hood was the new model, the picture unfortunately was the old one so it was not a direct replacement, fixing holes different and a smaller unit, so a bit of painting to do. Good service.”

“Really impressed with the customer service. I was contacted immediately to be inform the item was out of stock and asked if I’d like to wait (possibly four weeks) or chose a similar item. I said I was happy to wait. It arrived just over a week from the day ordered. The website was easy to use. I was updated consistently. Delivery service was quick and friendly. Very impressed. Highly recommend.”
