“In this fast paced world, it is only natural that sometimes errors are made, but it is how the errors are handled which makes the difference as to whether a customer remains a customer. In my case the error, which was understandable, was handled in a first class manner. I would have no hesitation in giving Donaghy Bros my business again in the future - highly recommend.”
