“Pleased with purchase and how easy the website is, only downside is i wasn't given a delivery date or expected delivery date so didn't know when it was coming, luckily I was in but other than that I would recommend.”

“Amazing! Really impressed with the customer service. They have a personal touch and the process was quick and smooth. I spoke with someone on the phone to make sure the item was in stock (a dishwasher) as I had been let down before and even though it said 1 in stock on the system he took my number and checked in the warehouse to make sure and called me back!! I had lots of information on the delivery and plenty of follow ups including a text to let me know the 2 hour slot it was arriving. The delivery from Northen Ireland in the middle of a Covid lockdown was quicker than I could get from a more local company. I don’t say this often but the next time I’m looking for a similar item I will check with them first. Thanks very much!!”

“Amazing. Very personal service, lots of information, even a phone call to answer my email question. Super fast delivery and my range cooker was considerably cheaper than other suppliers. Great delivery driver who helped us into the kitchen with it even though it’s kerbside delivery really and he was reluctant to accept a much deserved tip. If you’re buying an appliance look here first, I’m sure you’ll be as delighted as we are.”

“Excellent service by Donaghy brothers, Order of a new Bosch Dishwasher was dispatched next day but then had to wait another 9 days for delivery by arrow XL. When it was delivered the driver brought the item to the door on his own but said he wasnt allowed the bring it inside due to Covid Regs. There was another person in van who could have helped. Managed to bring inside myself but if was going to be delivered to someone who couldnt have it would have been left outside.”

“I recently ordered a cooker from this company after having trouble getting one from the UK as they were saying end of January. This company came up trumps and were very afficiant as they had one in stock. They managed to deliver to me in the UK in 7 days and kept me informed of the shipping. The lady who dealt with my order was very helpful right up to delivery and would highly recommend them and I will be using them again in the future. Many thanks Paul”
