“Excellent service from Donaghy Bros . Called to check if item in stock which was confirmed and advised to order it online . I had confirmation e mail in a few hours to say it is being dispatched and delivery was on the day it had advised it would be . I liked the way the staff called to confirm the day of delivery was suitable and the also the email from the managing director thanking us for the purchase.”

“This was a bit of a step in the dark, buying a vacuum cleaner online from an unknown retailer, but it came very promptly. No damage in travelling to Berkshire (from Northern Ireland I think), and was exactly what I ordered, looked brand new as expected, and works fine. Paid through Paypal to be on the safe side but I had no need to worry. A good experience.”

“We have a great experience so far. From ordering, speaking to customer services, delivery in 4 days, etc. We haven't install the cooker yet as we are having the kitchen done in January. We will upload pictures when is installed. Highly recommended this company. We have tried other supply company and we have been let down.”
