“Initially the wrong model of Dyson vacuum was delivered (pull along instead of the upright). After emailing and calling them, the correct model was dispatched on that same day. Ultimately very pleased with the item. Good communication and problem resolution. Overall would recommend.”

“You are the Best!!!! I work as a volunteer in a hospital and they wanted Dyson hot and cool fans for the wards. I found YOU and you were the cheapest around. The fans are quieter now and excellent if its hot or cold and they are safe with children around as no blades. etc. You were so helpful and they were delivered in two to three days. Excellent service, could not fault you. I would think you will get loads more orders as word gets out. 1000000% for all round customer service. Congratulations to All your team too.”

“Service you provided was excellent although you may want to rethink your use of Parcelforce. Their tracking system suggested they were going to deliver for three days before they did actually deliver. This meant the goods arrived a couple of days after they were expected.”
