“Excellent service! The staff could not have been more helpful. We live in the Highlands of Scotland and ordered a washing machine on November 1st and the machine arrived on the the 6th of November. Delivered to our door - the kitchen door!”

“Product delivered promptly and at a great price - only issue I had was UK delivery company left the washing machine in my alleyway and would not help me bring In to my flat, so I had to struggle for half an hour on my own. NOT IMPRESSED! they dumped it the wrong way round so I had to rotate 90 degrees in a small space without a trolley on my own - VERY POOR SERVICE come on guys sort out your delivery company to do a better job please”

“We had a brilliant experience dealing with Donaghy Bros. Very friendly and helpful on the telephone. Clear communication about delivery arrangements and no uncertainties. The office kept us up to date about the status of the order effectively. The tumble drier arrived promptly and in perfect conditions. The delivery team was also excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone!”

“Helpful staff, great service and excellent communication. The original oven I ordered was out of stock prior to it being despatched. I received an email offering an upgrade as they had stock. The original oven was already competitively priced but to receive an upgrade for the sane price, great service. Delivery prompt and arrived as stated. Will definitely use again.”

“I'm sure if everything goes smoothly this company is fine. Sadly, I ordered the wrong hob from them, the product number was one digit difference. The packaging, or flimsy box it came in, had been damaged by the courier company who delivered it. Donaghy Bros would take the brand new hob back, but would deduct 20% of the value for 'over handling'. Citizens Advice advised me this was not right but the company continued to insist. The response I got when I pointed this out was: "My manager will allow you to send the item back but you need to organise the item to come back to us and are totally responsible for the condition of the item . I.e. if it gets smashed it’s your responsibility . You will also be deducted money due to the condition of the packaging ." I have pasted this from their email. I took this as a threat and did not return the item, choosing to keep it.”

“Easy ordering and good communication. Great service. The only thing I'll point out is that the UK mainland distribution company delivered on their scheduled date, despite that I had requested, and they agreed to, delivery two weeks later.”

“We bought a dyson vacuum, after phoning to discuss the product and we were told delivery would be three working days. So we went on line to order it which was very straightforward and the cleaner arrived three days later. Easy website to use and delivered when quoted.”
