“Not a great experience. I tried to buy a £630 dishwasher and ended up cancelling because of delays and poor communication. I sent an email with an initial query. No one responded. Then I received an automated email saying someone would be in touch to arranged delivery in 3-5 working days. No one contacted me. I rang to chase up several times and after 10 days was given a delivery date that didn’t work for me. But because everything was going through a third-party supplier, the hassle of trying to change it made me give up and ask for a refund. On a positive note my refund was processed quickly.”
