“Delighted with the transaction. Price was exceptional & Delivery was free and speedy. I certainly didn’t expect free delivery, given that it was a big box item & going from north to south. “I bought a vacuum cleaner on 29/11/2019 and I've been waiting for one week for the delivery and didn't receive anything. When I called them they said they didn't have my door number and when I gave them the door number they give me different phone number for delivery company, When I called them they promised next-day delivery, I then asked my friend to stay in my house for the delivery but they didn't send anything, I called them and they said the same thing for 5 days in a row until they said my item was lost. I then called the company to know what's happening and they said to me that they have to contact the delivery company to make sure that it is actually lost. After all that I receive an email saying I have to wait for the weekend for the delivery and ill only get a refund if I don't receive the item over the weekend. It seemed like they were just holding my money.”
