“Dealing with this company was very easy they did everything they said they would. The product I wanted was out of stock except they had a display model which they let me have for a reduced price. However I have no instructions and no manufacturer’s registration for the guarantee. But I will telephone them and ask for them. Other than that everything was very good.”

“Very friendly service. Richard went out of his way to accommodate my delivery time. He looked at the price I was offered elsewhere and made the Donaghy price more competitive. Good advice on registering the warranty too. The delivery men (2 of them) were so helpful. They were very mindful of looking after my property during delivery and were very thorough when installing my fridge freezer and washing machine. I would certainly recommend Donaghy Bros.”

“Ordered a washing machine online. We got the model we wanted and delivered within 48hrs . I had to telephone to check details and they were very helpful as were the delivery drivers. Great customer service and they would be my first stop the next time I need anything .”

“We visited the store in Kilrea on Monday and were extremely impressed by the service we received from Seamus Darragh. We had a rather unique problem around the issue of recording RTE and Virginmedia programmes in Northern Ireland. Seamus understood exactly what the problem was and what's more found a solution. He took time to explore the options with us and he was extremely knowledgeable. We are delighted with our HUMAX BOX which has more features than we asked for but these are a bonus for us. We had visited various other stores with no success so we are thrilled at the outcome- thank you Seamus!!”
