“Hi there, mixed review, first stage of experience very good - as in finding us the model we wanted in short lead time (we were let down by an order placed elsewhere so delighted when you found one). A little annoyed when advised the delivery date was changing day before arrival, I had moved meetings etc to be home, so then also had to move plans the following Monday to again be there for delivery. The next part is not directed at Dmaghys but to Stoves. Having had the cooker installed we found one of the wok burners wont stay on, all instrutions followed. Had a long wait to get through on phone, and then when through was advised wont see an engineer until the New Year. Absolutely understand that with Covid situation there is a strain on us all in so many ways, but the call handler didnt seem too interested - he said priority given to other more pressing issues. Again kind of get that, but having spend a good deal of money on my partners dream cooker this has knocked the shine of things somewhat!!!”
