“Faulty Dyson hot and cool fan delivered. Had to chase for information about a return and was then accused of sending a box full of books back instead of the faulty product after they had despatched the replacement and threatened with the police. A) Why didn't they inspect the contents of the return before despatching new one and B) they really need to go on a customer service course. In case you're wondering, I sent the faulty one back so all their accusations were unfounded and insulting. Well, you did ask for a review. New one working fine so far.”

“Quick delivery of my product, great price in comparison to competitors. Unfortunately my item was faulty when it arrived. However, after I contacted them they quickly arrange collection of my faulty device and I received a replacement within a week. So far the replacement is in good working order.”

“Decided to treat my daughter to a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer and searching the web they appeared to be in high demand! However, spotted a new delivery coming in to Donaghy Bros. Ordered immediately and the service was amazing. Came in the time it was promised and it is fantastic! My daughter has it in pride of place in her kitchen a it looks great...very impressed with the service.”

“I was very happy with the fast delivery. But I had to call Customer Service because I had a problem with the product and the person on the phone was very rude. I was not angry at any point, I was just making an inquiry and the guy almost shouted at me. I had to ask him to please tone down. In the end he helped me with my question and solved the problem, but two stars down for how he treated me at the start of the call.”
