Hi Noel, Unfortunately as Laura explained in your email exchange we cannot take the fridge back without its original packaging as it could not be transported back to our Warehouse safely without it. The other factor in our decision on this is because our stores are closed (in line with Covid regulations) which means we cannot sell it as ex-display even if it arrived here undamaged. When the goods are signed for it is expected that they have been checked and that the customer is happy to accept them as per our terms.
