“Our new cooker arrived on time and perfect condition. It was very easy and quick to contact Donaghy Bros by telephone throughout the process which makes a big difference these days! The courier will deliver to the pavement outside the house, this is in the confirmation email and the small print when you buy. I'm not sure if you can request the couriers to lift in for an additional fee but that's worth checking if you need assistance.”

“The Customer service that I received from Donaghy Bros was exemplary and the Donaghy Bros staff members to whom I spoke consequent upon my complaint being made about poor Courier service could not have handled the matter better. Thank you for this fine service level. However, your Courier provider let you and me down badly. I placed my order with Donaghy Bros for my Miele Microwave on 2nd September and Donaghy Bros shipped it on 3rd September with a promise that it would be received by me with 7 days. After 11 days with no delivery I called Donaghy Bros and was informed that I should contact the Courier which I did. The answer was non committal and I therefore called Donaghy Bros again. David (at Donaghy) kindly arranged for someone in the Donaghy Bros Office to call the Courier. Your Staff member kindly called me back to confirm that she had spoken to the Courier and and the product was subsequently delivered by your Courier on 15th September. The promised 7 day delivery was in fact 13 days. By no means was this the fault of Donaghy Bros but your Courier did let you and me down big time. However, may I record my thanks to your Staff because the did all that they possibly could to assist me. Thank you. John Thomas 01803 552762 brookefarm05@gmail.com”

“we were referred to Donaghy Bros(DG) by British Gas under the Replacement Insurance scheme. For the first appliance we knew what we needed and their Rep. was quick and efficient and led me through the online payment procedure. for the second appliance british gas were less than helpful but again the DG rep helped me find a suitable appliance and the order and confirmation were good. We still await installation and will be better able comment when the DG Agents have undertaken this.”

“We were a bit hesitant about ordering from Northern Ireland as we live in England, but took a chance as Donaghy Bros were so much cheaper than any supplier in England for the Neff hob we wanted. If you don't need your goods straight away Donaghy Bros are a sure bet for saving money. Will definitely consider re-using again.”

“Great product - no issues except it took 10 days to be delivered whereas web site says 2/3 days - think its probably due to Covid 19! Would definitely buy of Donaghy Bros again.”
