“Excellent service. Everyone was very courteous and helpful and the purchase went without a hitch. The website was easy to navigate. My only suggestion for improvement is to detail in the delivery information the certain area(s) of the UK where the courier does not deliver. These are not mentioned, so I was unaware of this when I ordered the item. Ultimately I had to arrange for delivery to an alternative address and then hire a vehicle to collect the item myself from there.”

“I ordered a cooked hood. It wasn't in stock and had to be ordered. I had to wait a couple of weeks but it wasn't a problem cause I wasn't waiting for it urgently. It came into stock and was delivered on time. Unfortunately my plans changed and I no longer needed it. I rang and spoke to David who was extremely helpful and agreed to take it back. I returned it to the shop for a full credit on my account. Great service. Nice people.”
