“Incredibly helpful customer sales staff. Impressed by the patience shown by two members of the team when I got in a pickle over the phone, in making a final decision on two models of Dyson vacuum cleaners. The goods arrived very promptly too, so we wouldn’t hesitate to suggest you buy via Donaghy Bros. The prices & offers were the best available over the Internet & the helpful early customer service given meant we were happy to give them our custom over Dyson. The only difference was a slightly longer 35 day money back guarantee but we had no reason to worry as were covered by a 14 day money back guarantee & it doesn’t take that long to make up your minds surely! Happy customers thank you.”

“This company seems to be very well organised. The Dishwasher was delivered when they said it would be by a very helpful ‘delivery man’. The price was the best I could find; what more can I say (except that the girl who rang me from the company sounded very pleasant but I’m not sure you can say that any more!).”

“Customer Service pre-sale, at point of sale and after sale was excellent for both web-sales and shop sales. They are a great team of people, professional, pleasant, informative and willing to go that extra mile. The two gentlemen who visited our home to fit our washing machine and tumble dryer were professional, efficient and courteous.
