“I bought a Dyson Big Ball animal less than two weeks ago - best price and because of a good review from Which. I arrived within 48 hours however, it was impossible for me to use. I suffer with a severe frozen shoulder and arthritis and couldn't push it across the floor. I contacted Donaghy via their website. They collected it for return and full refund on to my credit card. Not yet received as it normally takes a few days.Unfortunately I am not buying a new vacuum cleaner - when I am ready I will certainly use them again. Exceptional, courteous service.”

“Excellent customer service and excellent communication between themselves regarding a ducting issue I had. I had numerous emails & phone calls back & forth, and they were always happy to bend over backwards to help me. Great knowledge on their products. I purchased a smart fridge and an Elica hob, a lot of money spent but I have every faith that my products will be delivered as promised. If I ever need to purchase appliances in the future, I will go directly to them.”

“Excellent service! Couldn't believe how quickly the item arrived; I had hesitated because the shop is in Ireland and I thought it might take some time to get here but just the opposite, plus Donaghy Bros price beat all other outlets by some margin!! I'd try them first when looking for any other electrical items.”

“Very good price. Only concern about kerbside delivery was a one man van & driver commented it was heaviest item he'd ever moved. As van had no visible lift worried the weight was just dropped from van to pavement as bottom of packaging slightly damaged. So far item working ok”

“I purchased a Samsung Fridge/Freezer online and received a call later that day to ask if delivery the next day was OK, which it was and was free. The delivery arrived in the allocated hour slot and the driver called me 15 mins prior to arrival. Excellent service and a very nice fridge/freezer as well.”
