“I cannot praise Donaghy Bros too highly - I bought a Smeg range £400 cheaper than any other supplier and the service and communication was excellent from purchase right through to delivery with charming and helpful assistance on the telephone. I should say we are in Essex, England, but this didnt cause problems or additional costs. absolutely delighted with the experience and will be back for all my major electrical purchases - and spreading the word to all my friends! thank you so much x”

“I ordered a Dyson cleaner from Donaghy Bros as they were the lowest price and I was agreeably pleased, living in Northern Ireland, that it was coming from a Northern Ireland company. It arrived promptly, so top marks to Donaghy Bros Not quite so sure about the Dyson though, but that's not their fault!”

We're sorry to hear however that the delivery was disappointing, we understand that our couriers are facing unprecedented pressure at the minute due to driver shortages and fuel disruptions however we do of course understand that from a customer perspective this is still not acceptable and we will be speaking with them further to address this. “Had yo pay £19.99 for home delivery, shocking. Was told will be delevered between 2 and 4pm, no one turned up shocking. When contacted was told product was damamged and will deliver a replacement product once available but unable to indicate when this would be delivered. Wasted 2 weeks. Please avoid this company.”

Hello Mohammed We are very sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience with our third party delivery company. We offer delivery free of charge as standard but the £19.99 you are referring to was an optional extra for a two person delivery to bring the item to a room of your choice and has been refunded with your original order. Unfortunately the delay due to the damage caused by our courier was beyond our control. We were happy to issue a replacement but given the current difficulties all delivery companies are under due to shortage of drivers and fuel disruptions this has made it impossible to guarantee fixed time frames. We hope you understand but of course realise how disappointing this experience must have been for you. Regards Donaghy Bros

“Donaghy Bros kept me informed regarding delivery of my purchase. Item well packed,no breakages. The only point I have to make, is the faint design on plates of Denby, Monsoon cakestand. Not sure if all plates are the same.”
