“they arrived one hour early to the arranged window, this was appreciated as I was waiting in for the delivery. The two delivery men were very polite and helpful. I am a very pleased customer and recommend Donaghty Bros.”

“Great service! Ordered a fridge which turned out to be out of stock but was then informed a few days later that they had the beko version of my fridge freezer in stock (which was the one I wanted anyway) for cheaper than anywhere else online! So I snapped up the offer and the service was great throughout, I receive my fridge freezer a week later and it’s now installed! Can’t wait to turn her on! Many thanks Donaghy Bros and a special thanks to Sara from Donaghy Bros and to Arrow xl for turning back to deliver the fridge as my partner was not in at the time.”

“Absolutely brilliant! We live in Lincolnshire England, and it arrived within a week. Every other company over here were blaming covid for delivery times of between 3-4 weeks. Donaghy brothers kept their word. A lovely company to deal with.”

“Superb service from start to finish. When I enquired on the phone about availability of a certain Neff oven the gentleman couldn’t have been more helpful. The online ordering process was easy and the communication about the order and delivery was excellent. Pricing was very competitive too. Thanks for everything.”

“I have no problem with Donaghy Bro, they were very helpful with my order. My problem lies with the delivery company, ArrowXL. On making the order with Donaghy Bros, I paid for the item to be delivered and fitted, on arrival at my house, ArrowXL Driver said he was not trained in fitting the Miele washing machine. I’m therefore asking Donaghy Bros for a refund in regards to the fee that I paid for having the washing machine fitted please. Yours, Mr C Ogarro.”

“What a pleasant surprise it was to find Donaghy Bros when we were searching for a replacement double oven. They had the model we wanted at a very competitive price. We did wonder if they could deliver it, as they said, within 10 days to our home in Suffolk and true to their word it arrived on time. We were kept well informed about it’s progress and very satisfied with the delivery team who happily placed it where I needed it for installation. Will certainly visit Donaghy Bros again when looking for electrical equipment and recommend them to others. Thank you”

“I was very impressed when I ordered two Neff ovens and I received an email to say that these were not in stock but they could offer me an upgrade for the same price. So we then took delivery of two ovens that each cost £90 more than our original choices - amazing customer service and these were delivered quickly too.”

“Bought a cooker from them had to send it back as the courier they use delivered it in a terrible state, was not going to risk opening it, it looked as if it had been dropped from the back of the wagon. Now waiting a refund. I will say that it was a good price and delivery was quick.”
