“Donaghy Bros unfortunately were not able to supply. However, I commend their honesty. They advised the product they had in stock was damaged, and proceeded to provide a full refund within a few days of cancelling the order.”

“Everything went as it should. Delivery on time with two very helpful delivery men. The cooker does what it should (so far). I Would recommend Donaghy Bros, I had a small query and they responded quickly to sort it.”

“Good price and quick delivery. Communications were a bit confusing though: I was told delivery was going to be delayed, then on the same day as that message, the goods arrived with only a couple of hours notice for me to get home. There was no tracking facility either.”

We are advising all customers that deliveries outside of Northern Ireland MAY be delayed due to courier issues with HGV staff and fuel disruptions, however where possible we will try to ensure swift delivery within the stated timeframe. “Delivery of my Belling cooker was efficient. The oven light was not working and we had to replace the bulb. Cooker looks good and cooks well. I hope that it wil lgive me good service as my previous Belling did for 16 years.”

“I spoke to customer services who answered the phone, I got to speak to a human. I order the cooker, it was delivered within the 5 days. It arrived as described and undamaged. It was a good price, there was one cheaper website but their delivery was 10weeks not 5 days.”
