“Ordered Dyson cleaner during coronavirus lockdown and didn't really expect quick delivery as we live in Mid-Wales. However, it arrived within about 5 days. Excellent product, well packaged & good value !”

“I never write reviews but feel I had to now. Donaghy Bros have been ace. Yes the parcel was a bit later than expected but given the pandemic that is more than understandable. What impressed me was the communication and letting me know regularly what was going on. Fantastic company, great prices too. Highly recommended”

“I am disappointed in the level of service I am currently receiving from Donaghy Bros. I took delivery of a dishwasher on Monday afternoon via a 3rd party courier. When I unwrapped the appliance it was damaged. I called the same day and was told to send an email which I immediately did. I called again on Tuesday to find out how to proceed. I was told the web sales was busy and to wait on an answer to my initial email. It is now Wednesday afternoon and still no response. I have an unwrapped damaged dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen and would like to know if it is to be returned. I am happy to revisit this review score if someone could please respond.....I choose this company because I wanted to buy from an independent company but I am feeling somewhat let down.”

“Excellent service. Totally deserve 5 stars. Easy to use website. Requested a call back which came immediately. Professional friendly people to deal with. My order came a day earlier than expected. The delivery driver was such a nice helpful man. I cannot fault any part of my transaction with Donaghy Bros. Delighted with my fridge freezer. I’m still surprised and so pleased at how quickly I received my order. I would highly highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again. “Bought the V10 Animal Dyson Cyclone which has been a God send! I am 71 and I can take can take it up and down the stairs with ease! It gives me a full 60 minutes operating times as advertised. I love the extra accessories which enables me to clean staircase and difficult places in the bathroom that you can’t normally get to with a Hoover. It not only works well but looks lovely and easy to clip back on the bracket which comes with it. My Dyson was delivered to me on time by a very friendly and helpful driver . I would highly recommend this product and supplier Donaghy Bros !”
