“Product is amazing, really happy with it and it arrived fairly swiftly considering the situation at the moment. The only fault I could give was the courier. He refused to drive his truck down our lane way which is completely accessible as we have had many trucks down it before. Instead he parked his truck in the middle of a single track road blocking passage for our neighbors when he was right beside a lay by!! He proceeded to tell us that we had to bring our small mini back up the lane so as the fit the cooker in the back of it and shouted to bring a knife. A Neighbour who was stuck behind the parked truck then had to help me take the oven down as he lowered it to is because the driver didn’t use the tail lift. His excuse for not going down the lane was because he said he would not make it although I assured him many others had, he then asked if I wanted to do it??!! Terrible service from the courier, he obviously needs to go get some more driving lessons”

“The packaging was very inadequate, the box the iron was in was torn and very bent and I was surprised that the iron seemed intact. However the iron arrived relatively quickly considering it came from NI and I live in Surrey with the current Covid situation. Also Donaghy offered a competitive price.”

“I purchased a Dyson advanced technology purifier online from Donaghy bros. Kilrea. I had the item delivered free postage by dpd couriers. All completed from start to finish in 3 days. Unbelievable. I will definitely be shopping from Donaghy Bros. again. The item was below the price buying directly from Dyson and other large stores. I cannot praise them enough. FULL MARKS.”
