“What a superb company. In a rush, I mistakenly ordered online an integrated dishwasher instead of a freestanding one (I know!), so was left with a brand new dishwasher I'd spent several hundred pounds on, which I couldn't use. I was horrified when it arrived and I realised my mistake. More in hope that expectation, I emailed Donaghy Bros to see if there was anything they could do. They had fulfilled their part of the contract 100% and I wouldn't have been surprised - or even blamed them - if they'd washed their hands of it. They couldn't have been lovelier. Malcolm called me the next day, was very understanding, and organised a straight swap for the right sort of dishwasher, only asking us to pay a bit extra based on the added delivery costs they would incur, which of course was only fair, especially considering we live in Surrey. In short, they showed an absolutely outstanding level of customer service and I would highly recommend them.”

“After my fridge broke down during covid lockdown, I went onto the Donaghy’s website at 8.30pm on a Sunday evening, and my new fridge was delivered around 10.30 on the Monday morning! Couldn’t have asked for any better service, and the price was competitive compared to other online retailers. Will definitely use them again.”

“Given the current situation with COVID-19, Donaghy Bros preempted communications regarding possible delays was well received and understandable.
