“We bought a Washing Machine online from Donaghy Bros because they were offering the best price, but as it turned out, they also offered excellent service. When the machine arrived it was faulty, but they replaced it without hassle. When you phone them a real person answers the phone and they were never 'experiencing unusually high call volumes' (which is the poor excuse I get everywhere else). I would reccommend them.”

“When searching for a Dyson fan, the cheapest price I found was with Donaghy Bros, was not sure if this would mean poor service and delivery, it certainly did not. Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition, would definitely shop there again.”

“Needed a new American fridge freezer and Donaghy Bros were only company to have one available. Was a decent price so bought it. Staff were very helpful and kept to their promise and I received it on time. Only downside is the delivery service offered (which I'd read about from a disgruntled purchaser in an on line review) They only offer a kerbside delivery with just one man. If I hadn't owned a heavy duty 'barrow' and a strong helpful neighbour I'd have been in trouble. I'd have paid for a 2 man delivery just to get the fridge into my house. NOT SUITABLE for the majority of American fridge freezer purchaser I suspect. Would have been 5 star if a more suitable delivery option was available.”

“Item turned up in broken and was wrapped terribly so no surprise. Contact for new replacement and send email to prove damage item, wouldn't send replacement or refund money till they had the broken useless item back. Which as a disabled customer this was a nightmare I'm still waiting for my money back from this terrible company. Avoid at all cost.”

“I have wanted a Dyson Fan for some time, but they are expensive and an extravagant purchase! I stumbled across Donaghy Bros by chance when doing an online search for the Fan and it was significantly cheaper than anywhere else, so I went for it! Very easy ordering, delivery was on time and I am really happy with my purchase!”
