“The mark of any good business is the quality of aftersales care you receive when something does not go quite right. In this respect, the service I received from Donaghy Bros. was excellent. The product (tumble dryer) I ordered was damaged in transit. Upon receipt and inspection, I contacted the retailer who instantly and without any quibble arranged for another replacement unit to be shipped arriving within 48 hours. This is the customer experience you should expect, but it is not something that is universal across retailers. I would have no hesitation in recommending Donaghy Bros. based on my experience.”

“A little cautious at first, however reading the great reviews... I can only mirror what is said. The service was fantastic. I placed my order, had emails telling me when it would arrive to the delivery company. Once arrived I had a call the same day to arrange a delivery date. Honestly faultless. Highly recommend!”

“Ordered a specific Bosch Iron through this Company, of which only one was left at time of ordering, on the Internet. Turned out that I had "missed the boat" & was advised accordingly virtually instantly advising a date when they would be back in stock approx one week hence with a request to advise if we would wait or would prefer a refund. As we were to be on holiday when the new stock came in & anyway we required the iron before that I requested a refund which was instantly dealt with. Very competive price with free delivery. Delighted with the service from this Company, would unhesitatingly use them again & none come more highly recommended than that! Thank you Donaghey Bros - I will be back😊👍😊!”

“I recently brought a Dyson floor cleaner from this company at a competitive price but after placing the order I found out it was £30 cheaper if brought through Ebay. I contacted them and they cancelled the order and I reordered from Ebay. The cleaner arrived 3 days later...brand new in the box and were really pleased with the way we were treated. Thanks.”
