“Ordered placed two weeks ago. Item was ‘in stock’ and would be delivered in ‘2 to 3 working days’. Still not arrived. I contacted DB and was told that I would be contacted directly by the distributor and that this could take up to 14 days. Not really good enough.”

“I would have scored you higher but for the poor experience when one of the two items that I had ordered was delivered to the house beside me. When I asked your delivery guy where he was he asked me if I had a truck to move his mistake to my address.”
