“You did okay. Just a shame about your carrier Parcel Force. They certainly could produce evidence of a few attempts to deliver to you but reality proved to be the opposite I'm afraid. I received one card from them chucked over the gates that had our house number and date on it only; no further information e.g. name of recipient, sender etc. I eventually contacted you and then collected the parcel from Patchway Depot, Bristol an 80 mile round trip!”

“Brilliant service from Donaghy brothers. I ordered a Dyson cleaner from them because of the price being much lower than here on the mainland. Initially I was apprehensive on how long delivery would be. Incidentally I ordered a part direct from Dyson on the same day. In 48 hours my cleaner has arrived from NI, I’m still waiting for the part from Dyson. In fact I still don’t even have their tracking number yet. Couldn’t be more pleased at the service from Donaghy. Thank you”
