“Initially I had an excellent experience and rated you very good. Very quick delivery just before Christmas, within 2 days of my order. I now find that the item has been reduced by £20.00 within a week of my buying it and am very disappointed that you are unwilling to refund the diiference, as Dyson would have willingly done.”

“I had a couple of doubts about ordering an expensive product to the Mainland UK from NI, especially near Christmas. I worried about my parcel taking too long to arrive etc. Donaghy Bros were more than 10% cheaper than Amazon so I took the chance. The parcel did take a day or two longer than I would have liked but no big deal, I guess the seasonal rush played a part in the delay. I am happy to recommend Donaghy Bros to friends and family and would buy from them again.”
