“Ordering, communication and delivery all very impressive. Hassle free, efficient and timely. However, when the fridge/freezer was unpacked it was very badly damaged in a number of areas, consistent with being dropped heavily. The process for returning it is taking more time than I would wish and packaging it up again proved very difficult and time consuming. To make matters worse there was no more stock available. Not sure how long I will have to wait for a refund and I cannot purchase from another supplier without the refund. It looks like I will not have my new fridge/freezer by Christmas. Very disappointing.”

“I ordered a washing machine from Donaghy Bro, only to find out they did not take the old one. As i would have no way to discard it, I had to cancel the machine. From beginning to end i dealt with people who were polite and caring. It was a pleasure to deal with you all. I would certainly deal with you again if you had the facility to take the old machinery.
