“Bought Which best buy tumble dryer, a Bloomberg which is not universally available. Which list Donaghy Bros as potential supplier so bought via their on line shop. All good with no need to contact them. Delivery a few days but as offered, pretty good in that they are in Northern Ireland and in are in SW England. Well done & thanks Donaghy Bros.”

“My product was unfortunately faulty when I received it, which is just one of those things. I contacted you via email to organise collection and return and request a refund. You replied to my emails quickly, professionally and politely. From collection on Monday I was notified my refund had been complete on the Friday. Exemplary customer service.
