“Having heard some good things about this company, and wanting to support a local firm... I purchased what was described as a new Actifry. It came in a very rough looking dented box which was the first sign. On opening it was clear this item was second hand, their was finger marks all over the item and to my horror, dried on grease inside the cooking part. One very angry and disappointed customer!”
