“I live in England and was looking for electrical appliances for our new kitchen. I did lots of price checking and went onto price runner, which showed a couple of the items cheaper at Donaghy's. I rang up checking they would deliver to England, I spoke with Alan, he could not have been more helpful .All my products are Neff I stated I wanted other Neff items but could find them cheaper elsewhere, I asked about price matching which they accepted & offered me a free set of Neff pans & free delivery. I received all of my products when stated . I could not be more happy with the service I have received and would not hesitate in using the company again even though their in Ireland. I'd definitely recommend them.”

“I bought a gas hob which did not fit the counter top. Long story, but it was 100% my mistake. Donaghys accepted the hob as a return even though the packaging was opened (the hob was unmarked). The refund was processed the following day. The service was excellent, would recommend highly.”

“I was looking for a Dyson V8 Absolute and not everywhere had stock. I found Donaghy Bros on the web and their price for the Dyson was nearly £75 less than I had found elsewhere. I was a little nervous about ordering as they were based in NI and I am not. I placed my order and the product arrived as described when they said it would. I was forwarded tracking details for the delivery so could check online. Overall very happy with the service and the product.”

“I was very impressed with the level of customer support. I researched the vacuum cleaner I wanted via Which which confirmed that Donaghy Bros was the best price. When I was looking at further details of the product on their website, it gave the option to have a call back within seconds. I got a call back straight away and the chap I spoke with was able to answer my questions and had demonstrated the same model of vacuum cleaner the day before. I was very impressed overall, ordered the product and it arrived within 3 days. This is an excellent company and I would definitely order from them again.”
