“No problem placing my order... the goods were cheaper than any other online retailer and the service is excellent. My goods came within the time stated... quick deliver with no fuss, though I did have to sign for my delivery, the carrier said he couldn't leave it in our safe place.”

“Genuinely a 5 star seller. They e-mailed me soon after I paid and apologised that the item was out of stock. I was offered without even asking an free upgrade instead. The delivery driver called me before arrival unlike most of the other deliveries I had from other companies. Honestly from far the best shopping experience! The NEFF oven is also great!”

“To be honest I was a bit sceptical about ordering from a site that I wasn’t familiar with, but there was no need for concern. I had an email the next day to say that the item I had ordered was on back order but they were willing to give me a free upgrade to the next model to get what I had ordered to me. The oven arrived within a few days, no issues at all! Excellent service, thank you!”
