“I found what I was looking for online and the website offered a service 'call back' which called me within seconds of me pressing send. The phone support excellent and helped me to confirm that the cooker I was buying was what we wanted .The website purchase was easy secure and efficient. The follow up contact and support to the delivery of the cooker was fast and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and I will most certainly be a returning customer.”

“I needed an integrated dishwasher slightly narrower than the standard 60cm width, and chose a Bosch model, which only Donaghy Bros had in stock. After I paid, the manager rang to point out that the machine was taller than standard models and suggested I check my space. What a good thing he intervened - it would not have fitted! He then found a Whirlpool model in stock, which I then ordered (receiving a part-refund). The machine arrived within a few days and is now fitted and serving me well. Brilliant service from Donaghy Bros. I wouldnt heitte to buy from them again.”

“I emailed this company to see had they the product I was lookin for and Richard emailed me back within 5 mins saying that they had the buggy parts I was looking for, he was so helpful answering any questions I had and my order was here the next day. I will be recommending ye to family and friends and thanks again to Richard for all his help..”

“Purchased an American style Fridge Freezer and Built-in Microwave. Fridge arrived fine but microwave was damaged. They told me to get it installed and they would send out a new one when in stock. New one came in damaged, they told me I would have to collect a new one myself despite an 8 hour round trip. I told them I couldn't drive 8 hours during lockdown, they said they would speak to their dispatch team, five months later they are telling me if I want another one delivered I will have to pay and extra €40. After arguing with them back and forward they are offering to take the damaged one and refund me. That would leave me without a microwave and a Kitchen that was modified for this model. I have paid for a tradesman to modify the cabinets and instal the microwave. They couldn't care less for their customers.”
